What Reddit post upvotes actually do

Post upvotes raise the score on a thread. That is the number Reddit uses for hot, rising, and how long a post stays in front of a subreddit. You paste the post URL, choose how many upvotes, and set how fast they arrive. Default price is $0.08 each, default speed 50 per hour.
